Global Ports changes registration country from Cyprus to Russia

MOSCOW, Feb 10 (PRIME) -- Russian stevedore company Global Ports Group is changing the country of registration from Cyprus to Russia, the company said in a statement on Friday.

The company plans to carry out the re-registration within 2023.

Global Ports also sent an application to the U.K. authority to delist the global depositary receipts (GDR) from the London Stock Exchange (LSE) from April 10.

Delo Group said that it is ready to buy a “limited package” of the company's delisted GDRs from its current owners.
